  • Greenish bluish ocean views.
  • A lot of water sports options available.
  • Duty-free shopping.
  • Mangrove forest.
  • Food at Sushi King.
  • Food at Sushi Zanmai.
  • Humid weather.
  • Spritzer mineral water.
  • A lot of clean beaches.
  • A lot of green fields.
  • Nasi dagang pak malau delicious food & beautiful scenery.
  • Beautiful parasailing view.
  • The most beautiful trick art museum i've ever seen. The biggest in Malaysia.
  • Seeing a lot of ships, boats, yacht at the docks & near the mangroves.
  • Great Ducktours.

  Cons: 
  • Many locals often walk slow.
  • Many locals have low spatial awareness.
  • Ocasional haze. 
  • Very hot & very bright weather.

Famous for:
Food such as Nasi lemak (coconut milk cooked rice, chilli paste, roasted peanuts, deep fried anchovys..), Teh tarik (pulled black tea with condensed milk), Roti canai (Indian Malaysian flatbread) with lentils, Laksa (curry with coconut milk noodle soup), Keropok lekor (fish creaker), Ayam masak merah (chicken cooked in red gravy), Nasi dagang (mix coloured rice cooked with coconut milk) with fish & gravy, Nasi kerabu (rice cooked with butterfly pea flower turning it blue) with fish & gravy, Kuihs (bite sized desserts), Multi cultural traditions, etc..

  • Putrajaya has the biggest roundabout in the world.
  • Batik factories. Isn't hard to find batik prints, fabric act.
  • Standard of living isn't too expensive.
  • Celebrate cultural events.
  • Sushi King foods.
  • Sushi Zanmai foods.
  • They have many Thai message outlets.



             Cons: 
  •  Hot & bright weather.
  • Occasional haze.
  • Year end floods in the north.
  • Loud thunder storms.
  • There are occasional heavy rains.
  • Is still a developing country.
  • Public school system isn't good.
  • There isn't enough awareness of learning difficulties & places with vocational studies.
  • Isn't good at marketing.
  • Some residences are still close minded.
  • There isn't enough Islamic education in English.
  • Government corruption.

Pahang, Malaysia



Famous for:


                    Pros:                                    

  • Berjaya Hills Resort, Colmar tropicale, a French theme resort.
  • Japanese Gardens. 
  • You can rent a traditional kimono for 20 minutes at the Japanese Garden which the lady there will help you wear.
  • Cameron Highlands, tea plantations.

  • Genting Highlands, theme park. 

  • There is a lot of jungle tracking options in Cameron Highlands, where there is a area with the Rafflesia. The biggest flower in the world.

  •              Cons: 

  •  The way up & the way down from Cameron & Genting highlands is very long, wavey roads with no toilets in-between while going up & down the mountains. 
  • Bad traffic.
  • Locals sometimes like to stare at you.
  • Hot & bright weather. 

Sarawak, Malaysia


Famous for:

                    Pros:                                    

  • Sarawak cultural village in Kuching, they even give you a small stamp book where you can collect the stamps from each traditional house there.
  • The traditional dances at the cultural village, Kuching.
  • The Sarawak small beaded bracelets.
  • A lot of cheap bracelet options in Kuching.
  • They have mineral water from there.
  • The Sarawak layer cake (kek lapis Sarawak) where you can sometimes see how they make it at their bakeries in Kuching.

Sabah, Malaysia



Famous for:



                    Pros:                                    

  • Beautiful beaches with clear waters & white sand.
  • There is a lot of water sports option
  • Kundasang scenery.
  • Mountain scenery.

  • You can find big seashells with the sound of the ocean in it at the sunday morning market.  
  • The sunday market.
  • The mountain view at Desa dairy farm.
  • The pizza at Desa dairy farm.
  • On the way up the mountain to Kungdasang when your nearly there, there is a souvenir market with a great mountain view next to it.


             Cons: 

  • Bad traffic.
  • Locals sometimes like to stare at you.
  • Very hot & bright weather.
  • There aren't any Grab drivers on the mountains like in Kundasang.
  • The only way to the Sabah tea plantation is by car which you have to drive or hire, hiring is pricy for e.g. RM500 for two ways, it's best you stay at a hotel near by it then only hire or drive. It's 3 hours from the Kota Kinabalu.
  • You can only see mount Kinabalu in the early morning other wise there is a high chance that it would be covered by clouds.
  • Heavy rain.
  • Do good to visit during the end of the year.
  • The busses are very old.
  • You have to visit 

Melaka, Malaysia


Famous for:


                    Pros:                                    

  • Great cheep sovirners.
  • You can eat at restaurants next to the river.
  • River crush, more like boat ride around the city where you can see pretty street art.
  • You drink from from a small watermelon & bring it around.

  • Real fruit flavour ice cream bar shaped into a smily face or heart shape.
  • Maritime museum, a museum in a actual ship.

  • Unique tricycles which play music & light up at night.   (beca)
  • Klebang beach.  
  • Taming sari gyro tower. 
  • Pretty Windmill behind flower bushes, next to the river at the red square.
  • Chicken chop at the Dutch Harbour cafe which is next to the river.

  • Bad traffic.
  • Locals sometimes like to stare at you.

  • They have a lot of museum options.

  • Some areas are haunted. 

Kelantan, Malaysia



Famous for:

  • RM2 Shop. Everything there only cost 2 Ringgit.
  • Nasi Dagang with Gulai is delious.
  • PCB, Pantai Cahaya Bulan (beach), It's nice to play kites there.
  • PCB Resort restaurant, nice evening food next to a beach. I like the chicken chop, mee hoon goreng (fried vermicelli noodles) & the mee hoon sup there (soupy vermicelli noodles).
  • Tempayan with gulai (it comes with nan type bread).
  • I like the sizzling eye mee in the Aeon shopping centres food court.
  • Tok Bali beach in the late evening before dusk.
  • You can go kayaking at the Aman Tok Bali hotel.
  • The tall tree area next to pantai Senok in Bachok (beach).
  • Honey pilled tea (the tarik madu & the tarik hijau) from Pohon Nako in Kota Bharu.
  • Laksa with white fish sauce in Kota Bharu from the Pasar besar Wakaf Bahru.
  • Cheaper beautiful batik printed trouser from Siti Kadijah upper floor market, be aware that the shop keepers there are a bit aggressive so quickly pick what you like, buy then get out hehe.
  • Handicraft, wau bulan (traditional kites) & fridge magnets from the handicraft museum shop, kampong kraftagan.
  • Simple batik painting cloth painting at the handicraft museum, kampong kraftagan.
  • Cheaper nice Muslimah fashion at Bazaar Tok Guru especially if your looking for jubahs.
  • They sell pretty wau bulans there (traditional malay kites).


             Cons: 

  • It has very hot & bright weather.
  • It's difficult to find organic foods, one of the only options you have is at the small section in Aeon shopping centres super market.
  • If you do go to the upper floor at the Siti Kadijah market, all the shop keepers there will try to talk to you & sell you something; they are very persisitant don't go to every booth just stop at ones that may have something you like.

Pros:

  • KL Lake gardens (Tarik perdana) is a great place for a walk or picnic.
  • KL Bird park.
  • KL Butterfly park.
  • Theres a lot of shopping centres.
  • A free short musical fountain show at Suria KLCC.
  • KL Central market.
  • Matic traditional dance show.
  • KL hop on & hop off bus/tour.
  • Delicious food at Malabar restaurant (make sure you only try the non spicy options as their spicy dish are very spicy), it's in Sri Hartamas shopping centre.
  • Food at Sushi King.
  • Food at Sushi Zanmai.
  • KL performing arts center (KLPAC)
  • There is English Islamic classes at the national mosque (Masjid Negara).
  • Humid weather.
  • Spritzer mineral water.
  • Satay at the Horbill restaurant next to the KL bird park in KL lake gardens (taman tasik perdana). It is pricy but delicious.
  • Nice Teppanyaki sets in the shopping centres e.g. Pavilion, Mid Valley & One Utama.

  • Shah Alams blue mosque.
  • Subang Jaya has a area with a lot of Poke Stops for those who play Pokemon Go.
  • Cyberjaya has nice parks.
