• Beautiful beaches with clear waters & white sand.

• There is a lot of water sports option

• You can find big seashells with the sound of the ocean in it at the sunday morning market.  
• The sunday market.
• The mountain view at Desa dairy farm.
• The pizza at Desa dairy farm.
• On the way up the mountain to Kungdasang when your nearly there, there is a souvenir market with a great mountain view next to it.

             Cons: 

• Bad traffic.

• Locals sometimes like to stare at you.

• Very hot & bright weather.
• There aren't any Grab drivers on the mountains like in Kundasang.
• The only way to the Sabah tea plantation is by car which you have to drive or hire, hiring is pricy for e.g. RM500 for two ways, it's best you stay at a hotel near by it then only hire or drive. It's 3 hours from the Kota Kinabalu.
• You can only see mount Kinabalu in the early morning other wise there is a high chance that it would be covered by clouds.
• Heavy rain.
• Do good to visit during the end of the year.
• The busses are very old.
• You have to visit
