Health

Here are my suggestions of things you can take for different illnesses & remedies that have worked for my family & i

Gastritis

Take 1 lansoprazole pill/chewable when you fill like your gastric is coming, it reduces the stomach acids. Excess stomach acid is what gives you the gastric pains. Then follow by eating more alkaline foods, stay away from spicy, citrus & all sour foods & beverages.

Sore throat

Drink a cup of warm honey water, add what ever amount of honey you would like with a wooden spoon into a cup of H2O stir then drink & you can have this as many times as you want in a day but natural organic honey is suggested.

Take 1 Ricola original Swiss herb lozenge, the one that is sweetened with stevia (my fave) whenever you throat is starting to fill sore.

If you can't find this one which is sweeten with stevia you can still have the regular Ricola lozenge but stevia is much better for you then sugar or if all else fails then any sore throat lozenge will do the trick as well.

You can get this at many convenient stores like 7 Eleven etc or at most super markets.

Fever

Wear a cool fever strip on your forehead & change it whenever it isn't cool anymore, it absorbs the heat from your body cooling it down; you can also wear this on any part of your body which feels too warm. They sell childrens sizes as well so you can use these on your children too.

You can get this at most pharmacys or super markets.

Stomach ace

Rub a oil like this on your stomach to ease the discomfort.
If you think it could be indigestion meaning you ate to late & there's now trapped wind in your stomach making it uneasy, you've eaten steal food or that your stomach just doesn't agree with the food you've just eaten then take a Dottera chewable tablet to ease it, it doesn't have much of a teast just slightly minty.

You can get this at most pharmacys or super markets. Dottera products have to be ordered online.

Headache

Drink water immediately! You could just be dehydrated but you were too stabborn to drink H2O & now your starting to get a headache you might even feel a bit warm.
If its not from dehydration, stress, hot weather outside or loud noise, you can rub a herbal Asian balm on your temples in a circular motion. You can also rub Dottera deep blue oil or deep blue cream on your as well in a circular motion, just a little bit of product. Message your temples, forehead & eyebrow to have some ease.

Dottera products have to be ordered online.

Any body ache

Rub Dottera deep blue oil or deep blue cream but the cream is my fave. It smells like a reflexology place & works instantly. You can order Dottera products online.
If it's just the neck & shoulder area you could also try Tiger blams neck & shoulder rub.
For those who don't mind a strong smell you could try Yoko yoko as it is the cheapest option.

You can get this at most pharmacys or super markets. Dottera products have to be ordered online.

Diarrhoea

Take 1 charcoal pill/tablet as it will help absorb it but because it does it will dehydrate you so you must replenish by taking ORS (oral rehydration salts) sachets, just add 1 sachet to a bottle of water H2O & drink it slowly. It doesn't have much of a teast just a salty teast. You must get a lot of rest as this illness takes a lot of energy.

You can get this at most pharmacys, it does matter what brand.

Vomiting

Vomiting will dehydrate you so you must replenish by taking ORS (oral rehydration salts) sachets, just add 1 sachet to a bottle of water H2O & drink it slowly. It doesn't have much of a teast just a salty teast. You must get a lot of rest as this illness takes a lot of energy.

You can get this at any pharmacy, it doesn't matter what brand.

If you have not recovered from your illness for more than 3 days

Go to a clinic as you should have recovered by than. You will proberly get antibiotics which only doctors can give but work fast.

(UTI) Urinary tract infection

Drink a sachet of Ural urinary alkalinizer in a cup of water daily till it's gone but this should make you feel better by the next day or so. It will make you urinate more but it's worth it to make the uneasy feeling go away & it doesn't have much of a teast. Take more things with cranberry in it.

Gout

Drink a sachet of Ural urinary alkalinizer in a cup of water daily, it will make you urinate more but it will help ease the discomfort. Aviod spicy food & all seafood except for fish, you shouldn't even take sauces of food with sauce that have seafood in it.

Sunburn

You can put actual aloe vera on it or products that are mostly made of aloe vera like aloe vera gel, check the percentage. It helps protect the skin & smooths it. Aloe vera helps with all types of skin irritations.

Overall health, things you should do daily

After you've gotten up & used the toilet, drink some H2O then do some stretching it's great to loosen the body & get some blood circulating to start your day.

You should always stay hydrated & drink at least 2 to 3 litres of H20 daily. Drinking enough water has many benefits such as better memory, smoother toilet time, detox, it's good for every cell in you body, better skin condition, reduces likelihood of getting a head ace,  helps keep your body cool, stabilizes your mood and more..

Exercise for at least half an hour for good blood circulation.

Pay attention to your breathing, make sure it's not fast & that you are doing it from your stomach not your chest as this uses a lot more energy. Make sure your stomach moves when your breathing, you will also feel more relaxed & balanced this way.

If your eyes sting or hurt a bit while looking at a screen ya know mobile, lap top, TV then you have been watching it too long without blinking making your eyes dry so blink more & a bit longer when looking at a screen for long periods at a time. Make sure you take a break from it every 2 hours to walk around or look at something else for a few minutes.

Take multi vitamins once a day Bion is my favourite.

You can get this at many pharmacys.

Acne

Put natural honey on the affected spot & leave it there overnight every night till it's gone. Wash it off when you get up the next day, if your afraid of it getting all over you pillow you could put a fabric over your pillow like a t-shirt to cover it then just change that fabric everyday; you should change you pillow covers & bed sheets weekly anyway for cleanliness as we shed our skin while we sleep.
But if it is just one pimple then you can add a bandaid/plaster over the honey you put on it then change it daily.

If you want to be extra clean with your face skin you should change your pillow covers twice a week, don't touch your face with unwashed hands & reframe from putting your mobile next to your face/ears when you answer a call.

Use good skincare, don't just use what ever is the cheapest & don't use products with harsh chemicals in them that could make your skin sensitive after long use, avoid products that have ingredients which end with parapen example methylparaben, ethylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, heptylparaben, isobutylparaben, isoproptylparaben, benzylparaban & ect

Love yourself you still look good even if you have it & no not everyone is staring at it, its just you who likes to stare at it.

It should naturally go away when your an adult.

You can also put actual alo vera on it or products that are mostly made of all vera.

Eat more fruits, more stuff with vitamin C in it, avoid oily food especially deep fried foods, avoid foods with a lot of white sugar in it, avoid desserts, avoid dairy & be patient.

Hiccups

Drink a scoop of water while blending your body forward

to be continued soon : )
